An award-winning educator, design thinker, and systems leader, Dr. Hayes blends research, rhythm, and real talk into work that moves organizations. He founded Next Ed Design Group to help leaders discover the whole truth about their organizations and design systems where people, purpose, and performance flourish together.
He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Boys' Latin of Philadelphia, an 800-student college-preparatory network for young men in West Philadelphia — the proving ground for much of the firm's work in early college access, educator development, and institutional design.
